1. Make three lists: one of your strengths, one of your achievements, and one of the things that you admire about yourself. Try to get a friend or relative to help you with these lists. Keep the lists in a safe place and read through them regularly.

2- Make your living space clean, comfortable, and attractive. Display items that remind you of your achievements or of the special times and people in your life.

When you want to go and talk to that girl you like, the first thing you need to do remember is that you are a man; and a man goes after what he wants in life.

You don’t need permission to go talk to her.

You don’t need an excuse. It is your right to go up to her.

It’s like picking up your cell phone. Do you have to sit there and think about how you’re going to do it, or if it’s okay to do it, or what’s the right way to do it? NO. You just do it.

Society has programmed you to thinking you need to do or be something in order to have the right to go talk to a girl; this is complete bullshit. If you want to talk to her, go talk to her. You have just as much right as anyone else.
